CB upgrades to 1.9 but module upgrades fail to blank page was created by dfirsching

On Joomla 2.5.9 (recent upgrade from 2.5.

, upgrading CB from 1.8.1 to 1.9 went successfully for comprofiler, but each of the module upgrades failed to a blank page and are left at 1.8.1.

Suggestions? Thanks!
