I recently upgraded several components on my Joomla 1.5 site.
We upgraded to CB 1.9, and the registration flow has broken somehow.
I checked the CB --> Tools --> Plugin Database and get the following response for one of the plugins:
CB plugin "User Login": User Login has no readable xml file [.../components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbconnector/cbconnector.xml]
Under CB --> Plugin Management I see that "User Login" is greyed out in the list, and it is shows as not installed and not published.
We use the following components on our site:
- JACLPlus to create a "Premium" user group
- Community Builder for registration
- AEC Subscription Management to sell subscriptions and move users to "Premium" group
- DOCMAN, with some documents marked for Premium only
