Welcome Emails after admin adds a new user

I am running CB 1.9 on Joomla 2.5.11. When I, as a Super User, added a new user to CB in the back end, the user received two "welcome" emails.
The first from Joomla says:

Hello User's First Name,
You have been added as a User to My Site by an Administrator.
This email contains your username and password to log in to site URL.
Username: testingnow
Password: Gc8Bt6yD [This password was auto-generated by Joomla and does not work with the CB Login module]
Please do not respond to this message as it is automatically generated and is for information purposes only.

The second email is the CB email that I set up under the CB Configuration/Registration tab, that includes a password that works.

I have found old posts pertaining to older versions of Joomla to modify the welcome email, but I was not able to find the specific language used in this welcome email in any of the language files. I would like to turn off the first email completely, but I have been unable to locate that option.

Any assistance to either modify the Joomla welcome email or turn it off would be appreciated.

Thank you very much! That thread was exactly what I was looking for. The language file is en-GB.plg_user_joomla.ini, unfortunately I could not get the language override function to work in this case, but I was able to modify the file directly to fix the issue for now.

I am also using J! 2.5.11 and was having this problem. I have found that I could turn off the Joomla notification mail to the user by going into the plugin manager > User - Joomla!

That way only one email is sent (from CB).
