I have problem with new user registration on my website

When i click on "register" button on
registration page
im getting message:
"Only users with Super Admin permissions can change other Super Admin user accounts."
Im using Joomla 2.5.9 and Community Builder 1.9
My Joomla User configuration:
I believe that this issue is related to the community builder settings.
Unfortunately, I have no idea how to fix this error.
Please help!
