Upgrade to 1.9 under Joomla 1.0 was created by Cmstyles

Hello,
i need to Upgrade CB from 1.2.1 to the newest Version. My problem is the Joomla Version (1.0.15).

I want to Upgrade to the newest CB Version for an Migrate to Joomla 1.5 (and finally to Joomla 2.5). How can i do that?
