Lost password never gets sent

Lost password never gets sent was created by jennjoom

Is anyone else experiencing this and if so, how do I fix it? If a user forgets their password and requests a new one, it never gets emailed to them. And yes, I've checked the spam folder. All our users are experiencing this problem.

I'm using joomla 1.5.23 and community builder v 1.9

Anyone know how to fix it or know of a work around?

Works fine on this site which is also using J1.5.

Something else is causing this on your end.

Turn on Joomla debug and see if you get any more helpful messages when you try and request a lost password.
