Redirect on first time login not working

Joomla 2.5.11
CB 1.9

The Redirect on First Time Login takes user to a 404.

I have the mandatory CB profile menu existing.

Also tried the Redirect in the Login module, but that's not working either.

Any thoughts/insights/suggestions would be appreciated.

Guessing that you have a bad setting in CB COnfiguration parms for first time login URL.

er...ok? Any further insights?

I have checked and changed the address multiple times. Work's fine when I paste it directly into the browser.

Have tried with the full path and just starting with index.php/

Try putting the unsefed URL

I've been using the unsefed url

As mentioned, works fine in the browser, delivers a 404 when the page shoudl be delivered.
