[solved] CB Activity logging only logout events. How to log login events?

I have installed CB Activity to get a log of all events like login of a user and logout of a user. CB Activity only logs the logout events, but not the login events.

How to configure CB Activity to get also the login events logged ?

Hello again,

it is 3 weeks ago that i posted my request, there are many views on it, but no answer. Is there anything vague about this matter? Even the admins did not find it worth to answer ... Is something more to do on my side to get help ?

Maybe you turned it off?

in CB Activity > Config > Activity > General

Please note that CB Activity is offered as an add-on for Professional members and they can post on the Professional support forums for support.

The other forums are meant for community driven support (members help each other).

CB Activity was offered for free as a thank you promotion (guessing that is how you downloaded).

Hi Nant,

thanks for your reply. I set all settings to active, so this is not the reason for the issue. I have no idea, where to look to get this solved.
At the moment i have no active Professional Membership. Is it possible that you look into the installation and get payed with a certain amount ?
