A couple questions on what I can/cant do

A couple things I'd like to do if possible:

1) Can I insert my own html/php code into a tab?

2) Linked fields? Like have a text field, and a checkmark field linked to that one. Just as an example, a text field where a user can put in their email, and then a check box for yes/no as primary contact method.

3) A way for the user to add additional fields? Like if I want a user to put in, say, what "X" they own. There is a field for the first "X" they own, but if they own 3, they would need to add 2 more fields.

Delimiter fields and editor fields.
You can also create your own plugin.

You can create the 2 fields if you want - no way to link them - not sure why linking is important in the example you gave.

There are no list fields - this is planned for CB 2.0.

My example was bad, but the linked fields went hand in hand with what you are calling list fields? Basically it's for a gaming site where people own "mechs" and have to skill them up to mastered. So I wanted my guys to be able to put in their profile what mechs they own and if they're mastered. IE

Mechs Owned: Mastered?
Mech A (check mark)
Mech B (check mark)

etc etc. But I asked them to be linked because of the list fields requirement.

Im not sure what delimiter fields do, they just seem blank

Based on your updated example delimiter field is not for this.

Best alternative is to give them an editor field and let them put whatever they want in the area.

Here is an example of what I'd like to do also...

I'd like to have a drop down field with text, but also a little image icon associated with those text drown down choices. Possible?
