Columned Tab (with headers) was created by Paladin_Brewer

Is it possible for a tab to have:

1) Columns

2) Headers

For example, pretend this is a tab

Static Header: Static Header3:

Field 1 Field 5
Field 2 Field 6

Static Header 2: Static Header 4:

Field 3 Field 7
Field 4 Field 8
