Need help with added fields to profiles

Hello all, I have been out of the joomla game for about 3-4 years and I am finally back and I can't believe how far along it has come! So awesome!

Ok, on to my questions... I am trying to add a FIELD to the registration page for CB so that when users are signing up, they are REQUIRED to choose which COMPANY they work for.

As you can see in this image above, I tried doing it but it doesn't seem to work properly. I selected DROP-DOWN-LIST (multiple) but I don't think i am doing it right. Anyways, what I am trying to do is setup the COMPANY as a required field so that I can separate each user by company.

For example, here is my site,


As you can see on top, each COMPANY (sts, gts, ssi, brs, etc...) has their own MENU. Now when you click on the company MENU, I want the site to show up users who fall under that Company.

I hope this is possible with CB.

If this does not make sense, please let me know so I can try to explain it better.

You can create a user list for each company.

For one you are using the Joomla user manager instead of the CB User Manager.
