Hi,
I'm setting up an English education website in Thailand and I need to have the forums open to both English and Thai posts, basically a multi-lingual location. Can CBSubs be setup as multi-lingual too?

Any help or comments would be much appreciated.

Yes - CBSubs and CB support different languages.

When your users switch languages via Joomla method, CB and CBSubs will also switch provided that the proper language plugins have been installed.
