CBreCaptcha At Top of Page - before Banner & Menu was created by barryP

Hi

Site: www.baup.org.uk

Upgraded J1.5 site to J2.5
Upgraded CB
Now, Register Page shows CBrecaptcha at VERY top of page
It works OK, but I cannot move it
Tried all suggested methods (Tab Order etc)
It sits as first item in <body> - way before the Register Form
Must be JavaScript that positions it, but I cannot move it!

Also, the CBrecapcha shows at 'Forgotten Username' - but does nothing ???

Help please
