How to add in other way "module menu" to CB subpages?

Hi,
I have Joomla 2.5.14 and fabrik and CB.
I have a problem with adding module menu to CB subpage:

registration:
candc.katowice.pl/index.php/component/comprofiler/registers

after registration
candc.katowice.pl/index.php/component/comprofiler/

password reminder
candc.katowice.pl/index.php/component/comprofiler/lostpassword


Now, i use option:
Extensions/Module Manager/MaximenuCK (my top menu module) ---> "On all pages except those selected"

but the problem is that (what is possibly any bug) i get this module menu on my menu item - "fabrik list --- record view" ( this is a subpage for "fabrik list" - and this is not also on "page list" for my "top menu". I get then this menu module also in not expected, not neccessary pages.


Is possible to choose/add "menu modules" on CB pages: registration, after registration, password reminder in any other way?
May be is possible to add CB page to the list of all pages in "Module Manager" and use option:
"Only on the pages selected"?

Hi,

I have found "advanced module manager" and install this on my test page , but after this i can only login to admin panel i can't display even Home page.
I use fabrik component.

Is possible to solve this?


I get an "error 500 - Incorrect list id"
