CB has been working perfectly with Kunena and Joomla 3.x up until this week. Now, it's kicking people back to the site's index.php when the registration/lost password/lost username links are clicked.

Any idea what would cause this? K2 (v.2.6.7) user stuff is disabled; Kunena 3.0.3 and CB 1.9.1 are both setup to integrate with each other, and I can't find anything else that seems to be the culprit. The only thing that has changed is installing Joomla 3.2 last week.
