Users can't register after Joomla update was created by AstralGod
Hi all.

After this Joomla update, userz can't register anymore.

They're having this message:

After reverting changes (put the old 197 line from the link) everything goes fine.

I'm using CB 1.9.1, Joomla 2.5.16
