[SOLVED] Reset password doesnt work after update to cb 1.9.1 (joomla 2.5.17

I just updated joomla from 2.5.16 and cb from 1.9 to:

Joomla 2.5.17
CB 1.9.1 (I also manually updated the cb-login module)

Now when a regular registered user try to reset their password, we get message "Reset password failed"

Anyone know solution for this? (Desperate here)
I shouldnt be alone with this bug?

UPDATE---> I just noticed its the phpmail function which is the problem so I dubt it has something to do with the cb update.

I changed to smtp in global config and problem solved
