Using CB 1.9.1 with Joomla 3.2...easy question... was created by nettop

I am trying to find out how to notify multiple people of new registrations. I thought that feature was available in Joomla 1.5/CB 1.8, but I don't see it anywhere in Joomla 3.2 or CB 1.9.1...I'm probably just 'missing it'...thanks for your help, Tim
