edit profile page with floating problem was created by widesign

Hello, my joomla website is still under development. i am using joomla 3.2 and CB 1.9

CB is working fine, but in the profile page the layout is strange. When i scroll down the page, the profile background and contents keep showing over the menu
I am not sure i can describe this problem well, so i send a printscreen.

I have tryed other CB templates (luna, dark, etc) but i always get the same problem. So i guess this is not a cb template problem, but a display problem

I appreciate your attention.

I believe this is a Joomla template issue.

Please contact your template provider for assistance.
