Lost or incorrect username/password page heading was created by jjackson

Hello,
I'm not sure if either or both pages "Incorrect username or password" and "Lost username or password" are part of the Joomla core or CB, but I'd like a page header to be displayed. Anyone know how I would go about this?

You can create a Joomla menu item pointing to this CB menu type.

Then you can publish a Joomla Custom html module positioned appropriately for your Joomla template.
