I cannot find the proper extension or plug-in.

I would appreciate some help in identifying it.

As far as I can tell that site is not using Community Builder.

There is no such search module - you or your developers needs to develop this.

We have very detailed searching or user lists.

Or if a create a field to specify my group and other to select the group within I am looking for?

Group X seeking for profiles included into the Group PP.

I mean, creating the same feature using CB-native search module.

I have installed CB and can find the "detailed searching" features you are talking about.
