Language string.

You should download and install the English language package and modify its contents as you wish.

I downloaded the file and tried the normal install and it gave me this message;

any ideas? i am running the latest version of joomla

These are CB Language plugins that must be installed using the CB Plugin Manager and not the Joomla installer.
