When a user object is stored - that is what the meaning of "time of use store" is.

Hi Nick,

"User store" just doesn't sound right by any stretch. "at the time of storing the user" would more or less make some sense but for the sake of dummy end user I'd rather put it as "saving this user" to make it:

"Choose which field to use as username if at the time of saving this user account details, his username field is not present. If this fallback fails to provide a value, then the user email address well be used instead."
