I feel totally lost! I installed CB 2.02 on my website and when I try to log in to the front end it says "CB Login module no created". It certainly worked before I updated from 2.0! If I search in /extensions/Module manager the only modules starting with CB I find is CB Online and CB Workflows. If I chose the filter drop down to the left Community Builder Login In Module is listed but if I chose it and press search with no letters entered in the form field, nothing is found.
Of course I have tried installed CB 2.02 again but to no avail. Should the module be added in a fundamentally different way with version 2.02 or what is going on here?

I have a domain "test" with CB 1.9, I have duplicated it in "test2" and I upgraded to CB 2.0.4
With CB 2.0.4 the page "login" show the error "CB Login module no created".
In CB 1.9 I haven't published CB Login module because I want the login only via the "login" menù item.
In CB 2.0.4 seems that I have to publish the login module.
I don't want login module in other parts of the site, I want that the user can login only via the menù item. It is possble?
