I have tested on Firefox and Chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 (64-bit), deleting all cookies, clearing browser and joomla caches. I had this problem on CB 2.0.3. I need to update my jNews plugin and CB captcha. Thanks! System info in signature.

Wow! No responses.

I finally solved this problem by disabling the plugin "System plugin for Users" (see screenshot). This is a Joobi plugin, but since Joobi is not in the name it wasn't listed in plugin searches. FYI I took screenshots of my plugin settings then in batches disabled them. I was clearing/purging my cache each batch, but I found that was not necessary. Hope this saves someone a gazillion hours! :woohoo:

Thanks for tracking this down and post back solution for other reading.

(Unfortunately I have no Joobi usages so no way to help you)
