Problems with the registration page

After updating to the new version of joomlapolis having a big problem at the registration page.

I am guessing that this is related with your template - please test with default Joomla template to confirm.

I had trying a another template, there isn't the problem.
On the tenplate i am using is all of the pages working fine exept the login module.
I had you can help me with this problem

Sorry, I am not a css expert - suggest you contact your template provider.

After a lot of search i have fixed it!, thanks for the information!
