Having used CB for years on Joomla 1.5 & 2.5, I'm starting to rebuild my site using Joomla 3 & CB 2
On a fresh install of Joomla 3.3.6. I've installed CB 2.0.4
I was surprised to find CB Blogs was installed (I thought this was a Professional Add On).
In the front end I can write and view blogs.
In the back end, the only way I can get to blogs is a button under 'CB Blogs' in Plugin Management.
If I click on the button I get this screen
Comparing this with the screenshot at

I'm missing the icons for 'plugin', config' & 'tools'
Apologies if I've missed something, but I can't see how to set up the blogs
