Back end's panel fails to load, fatal error on Front end

Hi,

today i tried to open my joomla administrator page and everything was okay. But then i clicked the 'add article' button and it showed nothing but blank screen. I went back to admin panel and somehow it did not load perfectly (see below).

If I go to the frontend, it shows only following Information: And the Information on line 77 i found in the CBConfig.php is the following:
Last time i accessed Admin Panel was 2 weeks ago and everything was okay. I did not install any extensions nor did I do any setting's changes. The last activities I did were only creating new articles. Could someone help me with this?

i finally disable the CB extension from phpmyadmin and the site back to normal again. the problem is that i cannot use the extension again. even if i uninstall and reinstall it , it will bring the same problem again.

any idea how to solve this?

One way to pinpoint the problem is to disable all CB plugins in the CB plugin manager, enable CB again and see if problem persists. If no, one of the plugins is causing it. If yes, CB itself might have conflicts with another joomla component/plugin.
