Problem when I upload a image in a user profile

Problem when I upload a image in a user profile was created by simios

The issue is when I upload a image inside a user profile. this image appears with color grey 3/4 parts of the image

Option to edit a image:

the maximum is 800X600

I attached attachements of the issue

and attach the real image.

Any help to resolve this issue, please?

What is your image upload setting regarding re-sampling?
Is this error in the smaller version only or in both the full sized version (when you click on it) and the thumbnail one?
I suppose you're not hitting any hard drive use limitations. Have you tried from a different browser?
