Just installed CB and when I try to visit the configuration page, it will not load?!

I just installed CB and for some reason when I try to visit the configuration page from the Community Builder Menu, I get a blank, white screen. Please help! I have downloaded the CB and been able to use the config page on Wamp?!

Thank you for your quick response. I have studied the FAQ but could not find anything. I have installed the newest version, CB 2.0.4. and I am using Joomla 3.3.

Did you follow instructions on the Blank page FAQ article?

If you did then you should have at least given feedback for people to help you.

I went through the blank page issue suggestions and had no errors on my server. Also, the blank page was through community builder, as the url had "option=com_comprofiler" in it. Do you have any other suggestions for why the configuration page is not working?

I am not uploading it onto a blank joomla site, I am uploading it to a site that I have already made... so is there a certain setting that needs to be set up in order for it to work?

I just noticed this error on my control panel- might it be causing an issue?

It could be related to your php memory needing to be increased.

Maybe check your server error log for additional message.

Cannot help further without real debug feedback about this blank page.
