After new user registration I'm recieviing 3 identical emails.

After new user registration I'm recieviing 3 identical emails. was created by chris3625
When we have a new user register on CB I get 3 identical emails to the administrators email.
This didn't start tell around the 1-15-2015
Joomla! version 3.3.6
CB version 1.9.1

Means that something you installed or changes you have made on your website are causing this.
