SQL error on upgrading from 1.9.1 to 2.0.5 on J 3.3.6

Hi guys, i've been trying to upgrade my 1.9.1 CB to 2.X several times (tried 2.0.0 to 2.0.5) with no success.
I always get a sql error that interrupts the upgrade:

Duplicate entry '17' for key 'PRIMARY' SQL=UPDATE `abcd_comprofiler_plugin` SET `id` = 17, `iscore` = 1 WHERE (`element` = 'cbarticles')

I get this error on a WAMP enviroment on a Windows8.1 machine (its the staging enviroment) with Apache/2.4.4 (Win64) PHP/5.4.12 and MySQL 5.6.12

Any suggestion or link would be really appreciated
