CB 2.05 Terms and Conditions - where are they now?

Upgraded from 1.9 to 2.05 - in a test environment first, of course, because...

The Terms and Condition option is now not there any more.

I see a mention of a new plugin called "CB Terms and Conditions" but don't see a place to download it, or any information that tells me what membership I would need to pay to get it either. Does such a plugin actually exist at all, or is there a more elegant solution for this, like what we had in Version 1.9 ?
