OK, so this post is sure to tick off the stupid n00b question haters out there.
I'm new to Joomla, Ive glanced over it in the past but was not all too impressed but since Drupal mods and themes seem to be buggy in their compatibility, I figured I would giver another try.
So here's my initial blast of dumb questions
1 - How do I change the look of the site? Logo, rotating banners, colour scheme etc. Basically making it my own
2 - How do I set what modules etc each user level has access to? This is the one area of Drupal I love. Everything is customizable. I see the section for user access levels but there does not seem to be any kind of definition of what these default levels can do.
3 - I installed most of the CB extension, but seem to be having some issues with plg_communitybuilder zip and the whole maximum upload size. I can see the setting in Joomla stating 2meg or something, but I cannot find the php ini file and there is no mention of max upload size in the .htaccess file, as the error message indicates.
I am running my sites on a Linux VPS and this install is using php5.5. I love PHP selector
