Please bear with me I am an amateur compared to most of you. I do not get to spend the time learning this that I wish I could. But I am our companies official site administrator so here I am.
We have a system that handles our main. He will be dumping our companies settlement sheets for each employee into directories on our webserver. (Via FTP and in PDF format). These directories will have a unique identifier that will connect each of them to the appropriate user profile.
After looking breifly at CB, I believe that it might be my best option to accomplish a dashboard component within which we can provide our users access to specific items that we will be providing from our system.
Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on how I might link the user to this directory for them to access their settlements?
I want the user to log in and see their dashboard on the left in the module position and for it to have links to those items that we allow access.
