I'm facing two issues and I need your help to fix them if possible.
When sending messages from CB user management, the mass email works ok, but the issues are:
1. When a member registers at
EsferaDoBem
, he/she doesn't get to receive the email with the link for register confirmation;
2. When I try to do it manually by selecting members and using the 'Resend Confirmations', all emails doesn't go through, I receive back the following message of high probability of spam with the subject:
Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
email@domain.com
host 3255.smtp.antispamcloud.com [xx.xxx.xxx.xxx]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
550 High probability of spam
