Upgrading Joomla 2.5.28 to Joomla 3.4 - Currently have CB 1.9.1

Please advise on the steps needed to upgrade from Joomla 2.5.28 with CB latest updates, and will it migrate over to Joomla 3.4? Eventually, I like to see newest CB installed on Joomla 3.4.

Has any one done this yet? If so, would you be so kind to share your knowledge.

I would also like to do this, and read the Migration Tutorial which focuses on CB 2.x along with using the one-click migration option inside Joomla 2.5. However, I have already built a new J 3.4 site using some of the content from the soon to be former J 2.5, and I want to migrate JUST the CB application from the old site to the new site.

I am guessing the steps would be something on the order of:
Upgrade to CB 2.x on old site.
Install fresh version of CB 2.x on new site
Transfer varoius tables from the old site to new site using a tool like SP Transfer.

** But this is where I am stuck, I wouldn't know all the tables needed, and whether some data may need to be changed between the J 2.5 and J 3.5 CB versions (if any).

So, some guidance on this would be great.

OK. I have upgraded the CB version from 1.9.1 to 2.0.9 on the Joomla 2.5 site.

Now, what I asked and want to do is transfer this data to a fresh install of J 3.4.3. I do NOT want to Migrate the existing site as writen about in the tutorial on this site. The new site is structuraally very different, and I want to install a fresh version of CB 2.0.9 on the J3.4.3 site.

So, are there step by step instructions for pulling data from an old site to a new site? I assume they would be something along the lines of:
Install fresh version of CB 2.0.9 on J 3.4.x site.
Copy MySQL database tables "xyz" from old site that is also using CB 2.0.9.
Make changes to table sturcture if any.

So, where is the step by step for this method. Or spell out below please!
