Captcha Image not showing was created by Tom3000

I have installed upgrade to CB 2.0.10 on my Joomla 2.5 installation. After some modification everything is looking and working as i want it to be, except the image for the captcha field in the registration form which is not showing - see screenshot.

What can be the reason why this is not showing on registration?
