Change text in "Error You are not authorized to view this page! was created by lccc

How do I Change the text in "Error You are not authorized to view this page!" that comes up. I want to add something like "please log in and become a registered user"

I haven't done this yet (and need to!) but I believe we need to edit the language files. Did you download them yet? If you did, just do a quick search and see if the string is there.

I am pretty sure that this is a Joomla language string in some ini file that needs to be changed.
