restricted visibility for specified field was created by decurus

Hey guys,
On one website i am using a memberlist, which shall be visible for every guest except for one single Field, which i want to be visible only for registered users in the list as well as in the detailed profil-view. is there a way to restrict the visiblity of this field without creating new lists and views for registered and public users?

Put field in a tab that is publised for registered users (instead of Public).
