update from 1.8 to 1.9

Hi CB,

I have update my CB via the extension manager from version 1.8.x to version 1.9.1. However, the modules (CB login, CB online, CB workflow) still show version 1.8 in the joomla extension manager. When disregarding this and just uploading the CB version package 2.0.12 in the extension manager, I get an 500 server error and CB will not work afterwards.
I have already rolledback several times and tried the below + updated the package, everytime I end up getting the 500 server error, without any other error message.
Can you please advice?

Here are the steps I have done:
- performed all database checks/user sync in CB tools. some errors were fixed and now everything is shown green.
- updated Dutch language pack to latest version 3.4.4 which is Joomla 3.x compatible.
- update CB component via joomla extension update, which was successfully.

Turn on Joomla debug to maximum level and see if more informative message appears.
Also check your server error log.
