How to reformat a date with CB userdata field? was created by lottino
Hello, I'm trying to reformat a date field.

[cb:date format="d-m-Y"] this displays the current date

[cb:userdata field="registerDate"/] shows the full date time like this YYYY-MM-DD H:m:s


I would like to have the registerDate format displayed in any format chosen. Is it possible with Community Builder 2.0.13?

edit the date or datetime field and under display parameters change the format as needed.. it can be completely customized

Thank you but I'm not sure how to do it.
I would like to fuse the two txt strings to be able to change the date format.

[cb:userdata field="registerDate"/] (gives me YYYY-MM-DD)

[cb:date format="d-m-Y"] (current date in a chosen format...i would like to have the above result like this D-M-Y.)
