how to change class of field in registeration page?

i want to change the col-sm-3 in the class of label of field in registeration page?or change the col-sm-9 in the attached pic?

You shouldn't need to. Looks like the fields themselves just need to be right aligned. Reversing those 2 classes is unlikely to do what you're wanting anyway as their widths are already correct (field having more width with size 9 and label with less at size 3).

I want to increase size of the field simply. Mean's change the col-sm-9 to col-sm-11 and change the col-sm-3 to col-sm-1.
Is it possible? the fields are rtl and has not any problem with the RTL.

You'll have to write custom CSS for that then.
