Im trying to use coupon code for the first time

Hi, Im trying to make a coupon code in my cbsubs for the first time. basically i want to give people a coupon to get a month free. I have tried so many combinations of things and nothing works. Very frustrating that things arent more straight forward. anyone else have problems creating a simple coupon code?

Really i dont even know how to ask for help on this. it seems so straightforward it just plain out doesnt seem to work for me. Am i missing something?
