CB Connections - Pending Approval PMS Issue

Hi All

Hope you're well. I'm having trouble with the format of the "pending approval" mail which users receive, when they are sent a "connections" request.
Have a look at the screenshot below, as you can see rather than including an active link to the user, it's showing an URL address. Seems there's an issue with the format of the message, but after 2 hours of looking, I can't find where to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
