Hello, attempting to install 001_pkg_communitybuilder_2.1.3+build.2017.08.27.10.28.19.6800e52ca.zip on Joomla 2.5.28 fresh install. Joomla created on godaddy.com using their cpanel.

Getting the package installer failed to clean up error. No Community Builder menu created.

Suggestions? I have attached PDFs of system information.

Thanks for your help!

The message tells you exactly what happened and how to resolve it. The package installer couldn't clean it self up. Navigate to Extensions > Manage and uninstall it manually. If CB failed to install then retry. If it still fails then you likely have a permissions problem somewhere and PHP can't move the files. Worse case you can try manually installing CB without package installer by unzipping the package and installing the zip in the /extensions/packages folder.

Install the zip in the /extensions/packages folder after downloading and unzipping CB 2.x.
