This tab and field, if I put text inside, nothing happens, no changes to the pages.
What are there for and how and for what purposes to use them with CB ?
There are no such parameters in CB Menu plugin nor the Menu tab. So I assume you're referring to Joomla menu parameters of which I've no idea what those do, but I don't believe they're a part of Joomla either and are a feature provided by your Joomla template.

Yes, I think you're right - they're part of te template. At least I can put ON the h1 tags on UserLists pages, but I don't see option to put ON h2 tags?..... h3 tags are by default on UserLists
You can't change the page titles of CB pages from Joomla menu items. We do not support those parameters. Easiest solution is to do a CSS override from CB to restyle it. See the below on how to do a CB CSS override.
