Bulk upload && synchro users

I´ve got two questions about Community Builder:

-bulk upload: I would like to upload a group of users to Community Builder. is there a way to upload them easily in bulk upload?
-Synchro users withan email account: I would like to synchro the users os joomla witha an external database, i.e., gmail contacts or another email account?

CB Juice can be used to bulk import users from a CSV file.

To push data to an external database or API you'll need something like CB Auto Actions and have to code that behavior your self (Query or Code action depending on if you want to use SQL or PHP) or find an extension designed for pushing data to the platform of choice.
