Questions

I would like to ask some questions to the user when the user register:
The answer can be Yes\No or Maybe. The problem is how can i create this data type?
Some questions willl be asked only if the previous question was answered Yes

I would like to put these questions in its own tab in the self register process, and first the user will complete some questions and later a few questoins more and these questions will jump after the first tab is replay
