Hello, I have the same issue. I have tried iframe with Profile Link Target -> new window but the source code does not change and still opens on the same window.
As suggested in my previous reply the only solution is a 3rd party extension. Something like Components Anywhere. We do not have support for userlists to be rendered outside of their userlist page at this time.
